The Enlightened Lotus was created with healing in mind, using gentle Usui Reiki. Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing art and form of complementary therapy that focuses on promoting relaxation, reducing stress and potentially aiding in the body’s natural healing process. It’s based on a concept of “life force energy” flowing through the body and the practitioner’s use of gentle hand placement on or near the body to guide this energy and facilitate the healing. Paula brings with her many years of experience as a certified Reiki Master. Practicing and sharing Reiki healing is a passion. Specializing in comfort using essential oils, meditative music and sound helps to complete the experience. Crystal Reiki is another modality of Reiki being shared with clients. Feel free to ask about this option. Paula has also performed Reiki as a certified Equine Reiki Practitioner. Stemming from her years of caring for her own horses in the past, led her to aid and assist these majestic beings in their healing journeys. Reiki is a wonderful aid for animals in general; relieving stress, anxiety, and discomfort. As a certified aromatherapist, Paula uses only certified therapeutic grade essential oils to create small batch, handmade, bath and body products and a variety of essential oil blends to aid in her Reiki practice, to promote relaxation, meditation and healing.
